Fall/winter 2011/2012 is brings into our wardrobe the midi skirt all over again. The texture, the cut or the prints don’t really count, as everything is allowed as long as the skirt is covering your knee.
How can you be fashion forward all day long? The answer to this question is simple – midi skirts. They go along to any occasion and they are easy to be accessories with bags, belts and, the most important thing – the heels. Don’t forget to take into account the fact that each body is different and the proportions of the skirt needs to flatter your body natural shape.

Of course that many of you may say that this is a bad joke, but, with the fall/winter 2011/2011 collections, all designers are showing us the contrary and give the GO for a new hot trend – midi skirts:

For fall/ winter 2011/ 2012 designers propose a large range of cashmere coats, leather trenches and jackets made out of fur and feathers. Eye-popping tones can come in daring combinations and a vast range of fabrics. Must have during fall/ winter 2011/ 2012? African prints and warm fall/winter coats.

Fall fragrances

So far, I haven’t wrote about fragrances.And i should have done it, as they are also part of our (hopefully) daily outfit.

During my last shopping sessions I found out which fragrances will keep my senses awake during this fall.

I have several options, depending on the mood or on the activity that I’m doing during the day or night:

1. For those moments of the day when I want to free myself from all the troubles, I love to let myself enchanted by the Flowerparty from Yves Rocher. A fruity floral fragrance for women  which reminds me Spring and Summer with notes of  orange, mandarin, litchi, raspberry, rose and vanilla.

2. For a perfect day in the office, I have one answer:  Burberry Weekend (isn’t this ironic?). A light and invigorating fragrance with citrus top notes of fresh lemon, grapefruit and sweet tangerine,  oak moss, ivy leaves and sandalwood as soft heart notes and a radiant warmth of honey, amber and musk composes the base notes in this elegant, luminous scent. Is The perfect reminder that the weekend is near by

3. For a perfect evening out in under the moonlight and the fresh cold air of  this fall, I just loose myself into this refine elegant fragrance – Ô de Lancôme.  With the very first drop that touches your skin, Ô de Lancôme makes your heat vibrating under the notes of lemon, mandarin, bergamot and jasmine honeysuckle. The heart notes are coming from the green aromatic notes of basil, rosemary and coriander. All-day pajama party?

From Milan to Paris, this is one of the trends imposed by fashion designers for this 2011 spring.

I’m wondering which of my PJ’s will be more suitable for the morning meeting that I have to attend?

I “bag” you pardon?!?

It’s crazy and I know it…but what’s the point of having lot’s of shoes if we don’t have matching handbags? I know that nowadays is no longer fashionable but even so, we need the perfect handbag for our perfect shoes…and as I have more than one pair of perfect shoes, I will always needs more than 1 bag …it’s simple math

My problem now is which bag(s) go(es) with my perfect shoes? and to make more difficult my choice, I start looking at the 2011 spring/summer collections, and let me tell you that I was amazed with the shapes and colors.
